Optimising current products for sustainability & effective pricing

Organisations need to move to a point where the products and services that they deliver are built with sustainability at the core. However, getting to that point can often be a journey, first driving improvement in existing products/services and understanding how those products and services can be sold and priced. Here at the Chestnut Tree partnership we support organisations through that journey, determining the steps to take, from market readiness to product delivery, in order to navigate the creation of a sustainable set of products/services.

Tools provided; Sustainable product and pricing design and development

Navigating the transition to sustainable product delivery is complex and needs to balance all elements of the product lifecycle from understanding market dynamics and customer needs to determining the trade off between potential product pricing and the investment that can be supported by the new product as it is delivered.

Here at the Chestnut Tree Partnership we work with organisations to navigate their way through that journey, blending the strategic elements of delivery with the creation of the balanced business approach blending everything from product design, through operational development to creating the investment case.
